SUN Area Technical Institute is seeking a Career and Workforce Development Coordinator, beginning immediately.
This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and expanding career readiness initiatives, workforce development programs, adult education offerings, business and industry partnerships, and federally funded educational programs. The position will also serve as the primary liaison between SUN Area Technical Institute, employers, community organizations, post-secondary institutions, sending school districts, and adult learners to ensure students and community members have access to high-quality career pathways and workforce training opportunities.
This position is responsible for managing adult education programs, workforce development initiatives, federal grant administration, accreditation support, recruitment activities, postsecondary planning support, career placement tracking, and compliance reporting while advancing SUN Tech's mission of preparing students for successful careers and lifelong learning.
